Late afternoons I can't walk anymore I must use my wheelchair. I,ve been back on LDN now for the past 3 weeks. I feel I am very slowly going back to where I was (I hope). I just hope this isn't a sign that LDN doen't work for me. because i really feel that I've progreswed and got some new symptomes which I never had before which goes against what LDN is suppose to do. So in my case stopping LDN was a very bad idear:(

The more advanced stages may require continuous treatment, or a different regime, e.g. 3 weeks on and 1 day off.. The bottom line is that it is good to take a break, how long off a break ?, needs to be determined individually.
