Guest guest
Has anyone started taking LDN during perimenopause? If so, did you notice any difference in the way you felt? I have been reading my " Menopause for Dummies " and it talks about decreased endorphins during perimenopause and menopause. (No jokes, ...You'd be dealing with a woman who plugged her hair dryer in and laid it on the ironing board to warm up so that she could iron a dress earlier this week, and it ain't pretty...) Then I'm thinking about the increase in my son's energy level and the overall sense of well being he has experienced since starting LDN, and although I'm not stealing his LDN from him (and not considering it), I can't help but wonder what effect this might have on those lovely mood swings I'm having as well as my overwhelming desire to keep a nap mat under my desk at work. Just thought you guys might have some thoughts on this...Thanks in advance! Kim
