Unsubscribing or Stopping Emails ???

You have to send an email to the address at the bottom of every email from the group, and then you have to REPLY to the email that is sent to you saying to confirm your unsubscription.

Now, if you want to stay a member of the group but stop receiving emails, and just read on the web when you have time, go to the group site (the link above the unsubscribe link) and click on the Edit My Membership link, change yourself to Special Notices and you'll only receive an email from the moderator/owner when something important happens.
