Guest guest
Which would be the best iodine/iodide loading test to get? I noticed there are 4 different labs to choose from. I also noticed that the www.vrp.com kit has to be ordered by a doctor. Is this true for the other labs? I had a blood iodine test done, of which I was told was high (double the normal values) and was told to decrease iodoral or not take it every day. The doctor is sending me a copy of the results. I just don't really trust the results of blood iodine testing. How can a blood test tell what is working at the cellular level? I have been taking 3 Iodoral tabs a day (37.5mg) for almost a year now. All I know is that since adding the 3rd tab, I sweat tuns during the day and night. I figure this is good as I must be getting rid of toxins. I am post menopausal.
