irritability & question on loading tests in the UK

Hi--

A relative turned my on to iodine a few years ago, and I sometimes paint iodine

tincture on myself. I find that I get noticeably more irritable, however,

whenever I do so. Is there any way folks have found to counter irritability? It

has happened so many times, it is clearly not coincidence.

Also, I live in the UK and haven't been able to find iodine loading tests

offered here. Most things shipped back & forth from the US are horrendously

expensive (what companies charge, not the actual postage rates), and I'm not

sure you could even do the loading test if it all ahd to go through customs.

Any advice on how to reduce irritability or how to get a loading test done would

be very much appreciated.

With thanks,

clare

hi Clare

I think this means your dose is wrong, like maybe too little. when I tried to reduce my dose of Iodoral I got very depressed--kind of weird.
