Guest guest
Hi All, I have been lurking in the group for a few months now and this is my first post. I was hoping some of the experts here might be able to help me interpret my hormone evaluation. I'm a 29 female and am currently taking 50 mgs Iodoral, as well as selenium, vitamin C, and Standard Process adrenal support daily. Estradiol-2.2 (Range 1.3-3.3 premenopausal) Progesterone-123 (Range 75-270 premenopausal) Ratio-Pg/E2-Out of Range 56L (Optimal: 100-500 when E2 1.3-3.3) Testosterone-24 (Range 16-55 Age Dependent) DHEAS-2.6 (Range 2-23 Age Dependent) Cortisol Morning-6.3 (Range 3.7-9.5) Cortisol Night-0.2L (0.4-1.0) My progesterone seems to be a bit low and I am wondering whether I should supplement with progesterone cream, which may also help with the lower testosterone levels...? TIA!
