What's the best way to take Lugol's

I have read posts on here that say with food but what is the ratio of

water to drops. Does it matter? I am taking the lesser strength JCrows

Lugol's.

i.e. one drop to half a cup of water

I put my Lugol's drops in a small amount of milk, orange juice, grape

juice, or V-8, whatever I happen to have on hand. I swirl the glass

around to mix it up and then after I drink it I follow up with a large

glass of water. No iodine taste that way.
