Yes nasty stuff isn't it?

You should use an unrefined salt like Celtic Salt which is a gray color and

contains over 80 minerals.

Yes KI is a radiation blocking agent for the thyroid when there is a nuclear

fall out.

I use Redmond's Real Salt, has lots of trace minerals, but probably

not any iodine. Dr. Brownstein has a wonderful book about Salt that

you can get from his website.
