Guest guest
Nascent is a very weak form of iodine in milligrams but is energized so it becomes a bit more " active " . Lugol's contains both iodine and iodide. I do not know which form (iodine or iodide) the prostate prefers. I would make sure you are getting enough magnesium (400 mgs or so), Vit C 3,000 - 5,000 mgs, and Celtic Sea Salt 1/2 - 3/4 tsp per day along with the iodine. I think with a condition like prostatitis you will need something stronger like Lugol's and in higher doses like 50 mgs. General maintenance dose is 25 mgs of Lugol's since the thyroid prefers Iodide and the Breast prefers Iodine. But with all the toxic halides most need to supplement with higher doses to get to their saturation level. Some for a very long time - like myself (you can see my store at www.naturalthyroidchoices.com ) . You can test your levels by doing a loading test (resources are located in the files section of this group). recommended dose for prostatitis > Couple of questions I have bought nascent iodine and want to know the > dose for prostatitis. Guest guest
If you are doing the liquid form, 1 drop of 5% solution is 6.25 mgs. There are sources for Lugol's in the files section of the group. If you want an easy way to take 50 mgs in a pill form there is Iodoral and it is available from www.illnessisoptional.com - look for OPTIMOX (mfgr) . recommended dose for prostatitis >> >> >> > Couple of questions I have bought nascent iodine and want to know > the >> > dose for prostatitis.
