Hi all,

Joyce F and I are on a internet-wide hunt for the owner/moderator of this

message board. If anyone has any clue as to who owns this forum please send

an email with an address. We've tried a couple of links to someone named

and gotten no reply. I've also tried the email to

low dose naltrexone-owner so we'll see where that gets us.

Its time to get someone moderating this message board to keep the spammers

and zealots off...

As for the off-topic posts and article dupes...I agree that they are mostly

helpful and I don't mind seeing them...just click delete and move on! I

don't have time to peruse any other LDN board and I'm not using LDN for

MS...so I find any and ALL chatter about it of interest. I might pick up on

a thread that could help me with my particular malady... If not, I skip it

and read on.

As for the posting of articles- I'll remind all (and I posted a blurb about

this a couple of months

ago because we have run into this issue on the Thyroid forum I

own/moderate)...

It is against International Copyright Laws to cut and paste an entire

article onto this message board!

(Not that there are any insidious little cyber-police watching our every

move, but you never know!)...

The proper protocol is to type a line or two of significant interest from

the article or website, along with a link to the complete text. I for one

would appreciate it if we all stuck to that format. Not just for legality's

sake but because these digests do get awfully long. If the tidbit seems at

all interesting I always make the time to click on the link and check it

out. Or I bookmark it for a later session.

And where the heck is Friday? You've been awfully quiet my friend! I know

I've been busy as of late with a surgery and other stuff but we need a peep

or two from all of our pals Down Under. Everyone doing okay?

Cheers from Up Over,

Lara
