Lugol's dose question

I have 2% Lugol's solution but don't know how to take it. I don't

have a thyroid and weigh about 200lbs. Could someone guide me to info

on how much to take?

2 drops would be about 5 mgs. You should take at least 20 mgs maybe more. Many of us do. Why are you thyroidless? Cancer? If cancer you need to get to 50 mgs. That would be 20 drops. Weight doesn't really come into play with taking iodine. I am 135 lbs and take 125 mgs. I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed.

I had TT this year as they thought I had cancer but was just

Hashi/multinodular goiter. My thyroid was only functioning at 50%

capasity and was on Synthroid at that time. Currently on Armour/HC

and slowly trying to adjust suppliments and meds to finally feel

wellness.
