Try upping your LDN to 4.5mg just in case you are possibly in an exacerbation and if you can tolerate 4.5mg then hold there. <<

Hi everyone...I just want to check my understanding out with all of you who have been around a bit. If a person is still having some symptoms that are different somehow, or if some symptoms that left when they first started at 3.0 mg are coming back----they should try 4.5 mg per day (up from 3.0). not "tolerating" the higher dosage means stiffness, muscle spasms, or maybe headaches etc. and no improvement in symptoms -- right? Is there anything else not tolerating would mean?

Also, if a person is doing well at 3.0 mg but has never tried 4.5 to see if that would bring increased benefit--should they just try 4.5?

Finally--I'm having some kind of "warm" or "tingly" feelings on the surface of my legs & feet--I don't exactly think it's more numbness--I am wondering if it actually might be less numbness. Anyone else had this experience? (3.0mg LDN for 4 weeks now)

Thanks!

I have been taking LDN since April 11, (started at 3 but up to 4.5 since May). Evenings I have a sensation of heat emanating from my legs and feet feel hot. I can't wear thick socks but have to put on a very thin, very low sock. This is only in the evenings though.
