Hi all

I got iodine solution which contains 25 mg potassium iodide per drop.

I am also adrenal exhausted so I started it slowly. I added one drop of it

to about 75 ml of water and took half a teaspoonful of the prepared

solution. I had some pain on my kidney area..(My kidney functioning is

low.It is around 50 percent).. After having this kidney pain I stopped

trying it.Some time later I retried by the same procedure.According to my

calculations I am taking about 1 mg by using this solution. I feel better

with it. I think I need it but I am again having this kidney pain.Is this to

high as a starting dosage? Is iodine hard on kidneys? Is it the potassium

iodide form which is hard on kidneys?Anyone had this problem before?

Any help will be appreciated

thanks
