Could be liver. Did you take any unrefined salt? That usually helps the

brain.

Dr. Flechas told me that magnesium is extremely important to take

when on iodine. So I take magnesium sulphate (epsom salts) 1/2

teaspoon (= 400 mg) every evening.

Coincidentally, taking epsom salts is the only thing that helps me if

I eat too much animal fat. This takes away pain in the liver area

within minutes.It is also what the Hulda liver cleanse uses to

open up the bile ducts in the liver & gall bladder.

I use just ordinary (says " external use " ) because I can't find any

more " internal use " epsom salts anywhere. I read somewhere that both

external use & internal use epsom salts are produced the same way

(same processing).

I took one N-A-C this eve. (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine)an amino acid and antioxidant. And my liver pain is almost gone. One more thing I just read.I thought I was a total wuss because I couldn't handle50 iodoral, or that my liver/kidneys were too damaged orsomething. Turns out, on BreastCancerchoices.orgthey suggest pulse dosing of iodoral two days on, two days offor as needed. This helps the kidneys clean out the bromide.Yea!
