Guest guest
Hi Eliz, I have had no problem with international pharmacy myself. As the order was well over £18 it would get held by customs to charge duties which as I understand will be collected by the post office when they deliver it. It could take 4 weeks for you to receive the order if it is held by customs. How long is it since it was dispatched? Royal Mail will have no record of it till it is in their hands so it may well be with customs, don't panic yet. If it is well over 4 weeks, you could try contacting customs to see if they have received it. If you paid by credit card, you can get a refund from your credit card company if international pharmacy won't refund you. It is always best to keep the order value below £18 to avoid extra charges and delays in getting it, bless you, feel bad for you, especially as you were helping your daughter out. Hope this helps, Ruth x > > Hi > > I am looking for some advice. I ordered Armour from International > Pharmacy a few weeks ago, for my daughter. It cost me over £120. It has > never arrived. Guest guest
Hi Eliz, Thankfully, haven't had any probs. Is there any recourse you can take with them, that's a lot of dosh to lose. You can get Royal Mail to do a search, I've done this many years ago. Good luck, hope this gets sorted for you. x > > Hi > > I am looking for some advice. Guest guest
I had a similar thing last year. It did not turn up so they sent me another lot. If it eventually would turn up then I would have to pay them for the second lot. But the first lot never did turn up. I was only charged once. They told me they could track what had happened to it. However, I did pay the extra for postage insurance so that might have been the reason. Lilian
Guest guest
Hi If you paid using your credit card you may be able to get the money back from them. Hope you can do this. Guest guest
Write again to Afshin afshin@.... They should keep track of where your order is. They are usually excellent and if your order does not arrive they send you what you ordered and ask that you send the amount back to them once your order has arrived. Suggest this to them outright. If you go to the website www.internationalpharmacy.com you will find a telephone number so give them a call as it is always better to clear things up this way. Luv - Sheila Hi I am looking for some advice. I ordered Armour from International Pharmacy a few weeks ago, for my daughter. It cost me over £120. It has never arrived. I was given a reference number from them and according to Royal Mail it has never arrived in the UK. International Pharmacy say that they have no way of tracking this order. I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem. My daughter normally orders small amounts from them but I thought I would do her a favour and order a couple of months supply. I can't believe I'm about to lose all that money. Is this a blip or has it happened to anyone else. I've lost confidenc in them. Guest guest
Hi Thanks to everyone who replied. It looks like this order has gone astray. My credit card company is giving me a refund (I never thought about this)and I have ordered another supply. This time I paid the extra for insurance so hopefully all will be well. I would also like to say that this is a wonderful site. There is so much information, which has helped me and my three children continue to improve our health. Although according to the NHS there is nothing wrong with us!! Thanks again Eliz. D
Guest guest
Hi Eliz.D - I am delighted you have got your order sorted and that you got your money back - which goes to show that we should all pay for our medication with a credit card. Thanks for your kind words too about the " wonderful site " - that's what we like to hear and I hope our members will benefit from the information and be able to get good answers to any questions they need to ask. We will teach the NHS - that is, if they actually want to listen to us, because so far, it appears that they don't. luv - Sheila Hi Thanks to everyone who replied. Guest guest
What’s Afshin? If this is a place where I can buy Cortef w/o prescription, I would appreciate knowing. I had an expert (Dr. Shames in California) diagnose me with adrenal insufficiency and he had me on Cortef. But I changed doctors to one who is near me (on the East Coast – too much money to fly across the U.S. to go see Dr. Shames), and she won’t use Cortef except for ailments like asthma. But the herbs she has me on are not doing very well by themselves. I know I need the Cortef. Thanks for any suggestions – Sincerely, Cherwyn
Guest guest
Cherwyn, Afshin is the name of the person who owns (or manages) International Pharmacy. As I do not take it I couldn't tell you but if you go to www.internationalpharmacy.com you can make a search to see if he sells Cortef. Guest guest
This is the address I sent it to: feedback@... it doesn't work as a link anymore so copied it and pasted. I'm guessing the link doesn't work maybe? because Afshin's been inundated with e-mails. So I'm not sure if the address still works. Guest guest
Hi Cherwyn Afshin is the man who owns International Pharmacy in the US. You can buy generic cortef at www.valuepharmaceuticals.com without prescription.
