The discussion of your pharmacy is at Spotlight LDN forum. Seems like the

Calcium Carbonate filler is most likely the problem. Acidophilus could be an

alternative to calcium carbonate.

I warn everyone about calcium carbonate being a negative/bad filler for LDN on

my LDN forum. Dr. needs to get ALL of his LDN patients off this

combination. I've been saying this for months now but nobody seems to want to

believe me that the problem could be the CC filler causing their LDN to be

ineffective until now. One mixed batch could come out perfectly and the next

batch might not if the CC is in there too tight.
