Does anyone know how long I have to be without HRT or Serenity cream

before I can take the oestrogen and progesterone one-day saliva test

and get a useful result? And does it matter what route I'm using for

the oestrogen?

I don't want to bother Dr P unless I have to and Genova weren't very

clear about it.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
