Guest guest
Zora and all You should see the suppliments I take! Just to let you know I am taking a break from LDN for as long as I can just to see what happens. Thanks for all your wishes and I am not gone or going just marshalling for the next round. Interesting though that I just read where M.S. symptoms seem to rebound during the onset of winter Hmmmmmmmm. Well that sure applies here.Six inches of the white stuff now. I am now officially house bound .Walking in snow, falling in snow, aint fer me no more. One thing comes to my mind, what I read here, a lot of people manage to be able to compare MRIs, before and after, is that possible in your case? My MS was going very very long time down hill, it is really remarkable that it stopped. I am also on BBD, it is drastic diet, but it does help. I also take a lot of supplements, and I think they do help, I have seen results after very long fight. I had to break my built in bathtub to be able to have shower also, I use a wheelchair to bathe. I hope you'll get your wheel in shower soon, definitely the shower is great like that. I am hoping that you will have some more relief from taking higher dose of LDN. Keep up your spirit. ***Zora*** San Trinidad, West Indies ****** *** * ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
Guest guest
Have you taken Just LDN, no supplements? Guest guest
Now that's a novel thought, but for me to not take any suppliments is like not drinking water. I was thinking for a while there that the calcium magnesieum that I take might interfere as I take it along with my nightly LDN. When I start up again I will only take my LDN. at night OK? I could be wrong but I believe that the pills I take in the AM will not interfere in any way with LDN taken 14 to16 hours later. I am still trying to find out why some (like ) get such great results and others well lets just say we are sure good sports. Guest guest
That was very well put Larry Yes I am sure that the suppliments I take are taken right as my mother uses the suppliments and my body to balance out the amounts and if I should use with food or not. However I am going to see another homeopathic Dr. next week and I will get him to double check my pills on my body, it never hurts to be safe, It's kinda like a second opinion and he wasn't the guy that trained my mother so things should be different. I will dwell on this though. thanks I will let you know what I settle on. I was taking coral calcium and/or cal/mag/d, sometimes C's, B's, and whatever else was in the house, sporadically, no set plan, just whatever seemed like a good idea at the time. Guest guest
Well, I think I have a pretty good result with LDN and I take NOTHING else. I was taking coral calcium and/or cal/mag/d, sometimes C's, B's, and whatever else was in the house, sporadically, no set plan, just whatever seemed like a good idea at the time. But for the last coupla months or more I haven't really taken much of anything; just varying what I eat and taking my LDN at night. Are you taking mega vitamin doses or no more than the RDA? Maybe break out your Daily count into a Weekly count and spread them all out? Instead of taking Every Day, od of A, od of B's, od of C's, od of E, od of minerals, etc, etc. Take A's one day, B's the next, C's the next, E the next, minerals the next, etc. I don't know, I'm not a nutritionist, but my friend days a horse choking amound of vitamins Every Single Day. If he stops, then his body is now looking for what He got it used to, and gets sick. My body isn't used to anything but LDN, so when I throw in some C, or E or Calcium/mag/d or B, it says "thanks, I'll use what I can now, and just EXCRETE the rest". I think too much of what the body may not need is just a waste of money, and time/energy in the body fighting off ALL that Good stuff. Are you sure you take your supplements correctly? Some can't be taken together, some should be taken together, some should be on an empty stomach, others should be before meals, after meals, between meals. And everyone has their own opinions. Everyone has to make their own choices... do what you think is right, I wouldn't want to tell you to do something that may or may not benefit you, but I won't give up LDN, and I don't mind not spending all my throw away money in GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe. Your first comment... well, Water is needed every day, like brushing your teeth, or Eating. BUT, think of what you eat in 1 week. Let's say Monday you have chicken, Tuesday you have turkey, Wed you have roast beef, Thu you have pastrami, Fri you have Shrimp, Sat you have lamb and Sun you have veal. Over the course of a week, you gave your body lots of different nutrients. Now, would you have chicken, turkey, roast beef, pastrami, shrimp, lamb and veal on Monday? and then have the same amount and combination on Tuesday, and then Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun? Of course not! WHY? Well, even if you adjusted the servings to be 1/7 of each, WHO eats a little bit of EVERYTHING they eat all week, Every day? Water, yes, Water is water, no matter what day of the week, you're having the same thing. just some musings.... I hope it reads back the same way I'm trying to portray here... ----- Original Message ----- From: Reg Kreil low dose naltrexone Sent: Sunday, October 17, 2004 18:18 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Reg and one year update Now that's a novel thought, but for me to not take any suppliments is likenot drinking water.I was thinking for a while there that the calcium magnesieum that I takemight interfere as I take it along with my nightly LDN.When I start up again I will only take my LDN. at night OK? Guest guest
Reg, I know you have tried 4.5mgs and dropped back to 3. Maybe you should do 4.5 and give it a try for longer than a few days. Kiki

Guest guest
I think I will when I start back on it again, looking back at my results at the start I used 4.5mgs and it was great! So in a day or so I will start up with 4.5. Thanks Kiki -------Original Message------- From: low dose naltrexone Date: 10/18/04 09:00:52 low dose naltrexone Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Reg and one year update Reg, I know you have tried 4.5mgs and dropped back to 3.
