Guest guest Posted September 14, 2004 Report Share Posted September 14, 2004 Although I'm walking and working full-time, my atrophied leg muscles have been incredibly slow to build up strength. Even a few minutes on the stationery bike may cause a leg spasm. Can anyone suggest some gentle stretching exercises I can do other than pulling my knees to my chest and a pelvic tilt?
