Yes, I was taking Celtic and do now also about 1/2 tsp a day but I

had gone off of it for a while and just recently added it in. At the

time of this test I was not taking any, I hadn't started it again.

When I was taking in the iodoral last winter my breasts became huge,

it was awful!

I do take Vit C most days also.........

You are probably toxic in bromide. It's too bad you didn't test the bromide levels with this loading test.

My doubts are that you are actually saturated. I have not seen anyone get there yet. My hunch is bromide toxicity blocking the receptors and that is why you have high RT3. You probably could stand a good liver detox to help the RT3 issue as well. You will continue to have issues as long as things are out of balance and deficient.

I would try 50 mgs and see if you can handle it. Recommendations are to do 50 mgs for 3 mos and then test your levels. This will be a tell tale of symporter issues or not. My hunch is that your level will go down. Dr. Brownstein supplements at 50 for 3-6 mos and then retests.
