Peoples experiences of being on T4/T3 and then starting HC PLEASE?

Hi Folks,

I am on t4 100 mcg at night, t3 12.5 mcg am & Nutri Thyroid 1 am

(cannot seem to tolerate any higher as I get palpitations etc) plus Vit

C co q10. I have confirmed Adrenal fatigue via ASI test and DR P and he

says Full support is needed so I have ordered Cortef (yet to arrive)

will try to arrange telephone app with Dr P tommorow.

In the meantime it would be great to hear any one elses experiences/

knowledge of what people do when going from t4 & t3 onto HC, any

links to any info on web? I have looked and it all seems to be about HC

and Armour.

Please any even tiny snippet of info appreciated?
