Luv - Sheila Ok, I am assuming I am not fertile, and even if I was, I have not exactly been " up for it " . So assuming I am not pregnant. I had a few hallucinations back in March when really poorly, but more of the things moving type, I don't REMEMBER seeing any angels?? LOL! I am 32, so would assume any disruptions are due to meds/illness or pregnancy rather than menopause. The wierd thing is that though I am not feeling too great, I have been much more hypo, and the periods stayed OK then...Have been feeling sick in the mornings though...assumed that was adrenal/hypoT related... I am glad really becasue I don't think all this messing about with the meds would be good for a baby. I do remember feelikng very sick a lot back just before I found out my TSH had gone through the roof, but it wasn't then either? So maybe it is my adrenals. In Traditional Chinese Medicine a late period is considered very serious, even if its just one day late. It is stagnating energy, and obviously chi needs to flow unimpeded and in the right directions. I only know this because of my own history with periods that wouldn't come and then wouldn't stop when they did. A good acupuncturist will be able to bring your period on. Guest guest Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 Also you could look up where to press to bring on your period - I am thinking about shiatsu / accupressure. I know it is somewhere about the heel / ankle. Not sure if it is the back of the ankle (sort of pinching close to the bottom of the abkle bone) or on the side of the foot just below the ankle bone & there again I cannot remember which side (inner or outer), but give them all a good press - you will not do any harm (since you are not pregnant - you would not want to bring on delivery if you were too soon).
