Guest guest
I'll be bringing a bag of Starbucks coffee & a large coffee urn to have with the muffins I'm bringing for breakfast. I plan to set up and have coffee ready by the time people arrive Sat morning. The coffee will probably be available all day for those who want it. Guest guest
Today, I wanted something different for lunch so I drained and washed a can of pinto beans (beneficial) Sauteed some chopped onion and garlic in a small amount of olive oil and added the beans. A little salt and cayenne pepper and it was lunch. Easy and pretty good, too. A salad would have rounded it out, but I'm running short on salad and wanted to save it for dinner. Shopping day tomorrow!! -- www.bigpondaussies.com
Guest guest
I thought pinto beans were avoid for O secretors and neutral for non-secretors. Did this change? Guest guest
My ND has it on the " red flag " list for Os, which means common and highly to be avoided. D'Adamo's site has it listed as avoid for secretors and neutral for non-secretors. Guest guest
The Live Right book and encyclopedia have updated lists. Who knows - things may have changed again since they came out. I haven't been to his website (if it still exists) in years. Kate On Sun, Oct 2, 2011 at 3:21 PM, Forrester <bigpondaussies@...>wrote: > ** > > > Strange. Guest guest
Well if it is going to keep changing on us, it will be impossible to keep up. Guest guest
I'm going to Sam's tomorrow and plan to buy one of their large jars of Artichoke hearts. They are so great on salads. Well, at least the beans are neutral for me then, so I didn't do anything really bad.
