Guest guest
Hello.. I had a scan in London of my pelvis and she said I do have pcos and I will need further testing back with the endo.. What I dont understand is last year southend hospital said I had pcos but didnt do any further testing or anythng. Then I had a cusyt burst went into hospital and they said I didnt have pcos as there was no cysts apart from the tiny one that burst!!! I was told by my new doctor that pcos makes you fat, oily spotty and hairs on your face..and they didnt think i had it but as i had no periods they sent me to london... So if i am not fat and have pcos why no periods???? She said that I will need to be tested for diabtes as its prone in pcos people and also insulin resistance and they will need to put me on something to get my periods back.. They said not all pcos people are over weight.. So Iam confused now..I have been doing low carb diet aswell which i know is good for pcos so I dont understand why i hav som many cysts, I reckon I have insulin resistance!!! Thats whats going on i think...what do you reckon peeps.. Ive been on Armour 3 days now and dont feel anything when do you think it should start kicking in ...?? Thanks so much sorry thta was a long post xxx
Guest guest
I will leave somebody else to answer your questions but 3 days on Armour is no time at all to expect a change. You stay on half a grain for 7 days and then increase it by another half grain and stay on that for a month and then you need to increase by another half grain and so on as written in " How to use natural thyroid extract " that is in our FILES. You must be patient and wait for all the thyroid hormones to start working - you will probably only notice gradual changes - it could be days, it could be weeks. luv - Sheila Ive been on Armour 3 days now and dont feel anything when do you think it should start kicking in ...??
