I

think these results do show that you are taking a bit too much T3 in your Armour

- after staying off it for such a long time, your Free T3 should be lower than

that. Do you experience any symptoms of hyperthyroidism such as palpitations,

sweating, feeling dizzy and generally odd at any time? If you feel OK about

dropping by half a grain, then give it a go and see how you feel.

Hi,

Can anyone help me interpret these labs. I am currently taking 5

grains Armour. I'm thinking I might need to drop down 0.5 grain on the

basis of T3 exceeding range although I feel OK. I took my last does of

Armour at 13:00 and had blood test at 9am the following day

FT3 - 9.0 - (3.0 - 6.2)

FT4 - 19.7 - (12.0 - 22.0)

TSH - 0.01 - (0.4 - 4.0)

TgAb<60

TBO<40

I haven't really noticed any hyper symptoms but that result did worry

me a bit. I've managed to get an appointment with Dr Skinner next

week so I'll see what he recommends.

Is that your basal Gareth or your daily average temp. as per Dr Rind

(www.drrind.com).

I should have made the distinction.
