Well, I'm feeling that soreness today in my chest and triceps so I know I must've worked them well yesterday! Well, I've got to get some labels for my Tupperware. Yesterday i went in the fridge to pull out my pancake batter and my DH had taken it to work thinking it was his cottage cheese!! So I ate cottage cheese for breakfast instead.
