I have some OTC tablets made by Hyland's called Leg Cramps with Quinine, a homeopathic remedy. They do help my night time back pain and stiffness quite a bit. I just discovered them in the grocery store a week or two ago, and remembered that my GP had suggested drinking tonic water. Tonic water is so nasty tasting I never was able to make myself drink it, but these tablets do seem to help some. They also contain several herbs.

I remember reading either here or somewhere (can't remember) that tonic water or quinine relieves stiffness. Anyone know about this and can it help our sufferers?

,

I also take 300mg quinine tablets at night for leg cramps and they do seem to be effective for that but have not noticed anything beneficial for my general stiffness. The trouble with tonic water, as a source of quinine, is its often full of sugar.

I don't believe this guy is a doctor at all. His posts have been deleted from

this board, my LDN board, Spotlight LDN and Goodshape's. He's promoting 50mg of

LDN for the treatment of cancer and MS and does not believe that Bihari's theory

is correct. I consider Manfred aka Mani aka Dr Fuhrmann a very dangeous person

to us LDN'ers.
