I recently changed from Calcium Carbonate to Avicel. I haven't had any problems, and my dose remains the same. (4.5mg) I used 6mg (two 3mg capsules) until I ran out of 3mg pils. When my doc renews my script, I am going to ask him to write it for 6mg. I really felt like I had less fluctuation in pain and pressure at the higher dose. Just goes to show how it effects people differently. I am a small person, so size has nothing to do with it.
