Guest guest
That was fun! Except he didn't have all the options I needed on the questionnaire, like, " do you feel better with a cola drink, leftover meatloaf, leftover pasta, a smoothie or Pralines and Cream Ice Cream for breakfast???? " Seeing the name " Hauser " on the website reminded me of Gayelord Hauser, and how I used to read one of his books when I was growing up (and it was an old book by then). Anyone remember him? Anyway, I tested Lion, but I think it is because I've been craving meat lately more due to thinking " O " thoughts, because I crave things that don't necessarily make me feel my best. Laure Here's what the website said... * A typical breakfast for a Lion would be eggs and bacon rather than cereal and milk. * A typical Lion lunch might consist of a chicken breast on salad greens, hard boiled egg, chopped black olives, and sliced tomatoes, topped with an olive oil based dressing. * A typical Lion dinner is something such as a large serving of pot roast beef with a small serving of mixed vegetables, and a small tossed salad with vinegar and oil dressing. * Snacks throughout the day include protein and fat containing foods such as nuts, organic beef jerky, or hard boiled eggs. * As you can see here, the Lion Diet does not include desserts or fruit. > > > > This is a test that tells you what combo of fats/proteins and carbs you > should have according to your type.
