Shudder!  What a job, keeping everybody happy at the table and providing what

each one needs/wants.

There are only two of us and mostly I just  fix him what he needs/wants (Type

A+) and I fix what I need.  Sometimes I fix a meal we can both eat.

Either chicken or salmon along with a salad and fresh vegetables.

Even at that, it keeps me hop-p-p-p-ping.  The results are well worth the

trouble.  We both feel so much better on the BT diet.

Subject: When everyone in the family has a different blood type....

I find it hard enough to plan meals for my family as it is, between

schedules and opinions and moods.....

Adding blood type considerations to the mix has always seemed

insurmountable to me, and quite frankly, that is why I blew it off

when I first read the book a few years ago.

How do you people do it? Do you have some standby recipes that work

for every type without going into the dreaded " avoid " list? Anyone

out there with 3 blood types (or more) to contend with in their family?

Thanks for the thoughts so far...I like the idea of dividing the

fridge up into sections, but since no one else is committed to eating

healthy unless it is served to them at the table, that won't solve it

for me.

That's why I was wishing for recipes that might work for multiple

types....if I don't make healthy choices for us, then healthy food

choices won't happen for most of us, and we'll all pay the price when

people don't feel their best as a result.
