Guest guest
I haven't posted for some time but just a quick update on my daughter. She's been on LDN for 14 months now - the amazing results from the first two months are still there and there is a constant slight improvement. She still can't walk - I think there is too much damage in that area. But she can read now, her speech is almost completely normal, her cognitive abilities are incredible - seldom needs to nap during the day, no nauseau or dizziness, sleeps well, eats well. In short a very dramatic improvement from before LDN. I think if someone starts the LDN before they have too much damage they will find so much help. was already secondary progressive and unable to walk, talk or read. As I stated the talking is back to normal, the reading not perfect but she can read - and best of all no confusion with everyday events. I would not hesitate to recommend that as soon as one is diagnosed with MS they get right on LDN. Unfortunately, I know people do not like to try something not tested and approved - I have two friends who will not try it. I asked s specialist if he thought she should try a break from LDN - this is a man who is wonderful and was willing to try this, even tho is was admittedly skeptical and told us not to expect anything - and he very strongly advised that she does not stop even for a day. We have tried all the recommended doses and 3.5 works best for her. My email is b_hammel@.... I would be happy to talk to anyone who has questions. And I again thank Joyce so much - she was our saviour!
