Guest guest
Hi As per my other poist Dr P wants me to start Cytomel (T3) and my treatment plan involves starting this in a week's time... Which delivery option at International Pharmacy is most likely to get it to me in this time frame? Don't want to wait for longer, or pay more than, is necessary! ta Leah x
Guest guest
Hi, I can't advise on International Pharmacy but I know that Inhouse Drugstore typically is two weeks (one week post and one week being held up by the PO as they add on the VAT charges and £8 charge). Shipping with Inhouse is free, and I've never had a problem with them. Just a thought for future reference, although they only do 20mcg Cytomel. I'm glad you found Dr P. helpful, I'm really hoping he can help my daughter. Take care, Cat. > > Hi > As per my other poist Dr P wants me to start Cytomel (T3) and my > treatment plan involves starting this in a week's time... Guest guest
Hi Leah You cannot start any treatment until you have received the products of course, so please be patient. I should imagine those pharmacies selling T3 (Liothyronine) have a similar time frame for delivery of their products. Here is one that I wrote to asking about Armour and Cytomel and here is their response. I am aware that some people appear to be having to wait longer than 7 days for deliveries from International Pharmacy, so you really cannot rely on being able to start your treatment in one weeks time. Guest guest
Hi Leah, Delivery from IP is usually a week , but seems to be a bit longer at the moment as we are nearing xmas . I'd wait to start the protocol until you have the meds in your hands, if you go too long without thyroid meds it can make things far worse. Stenning Subject: Quickest route for cytomel?? Guest guest
Hi , I have paid for the IP $20 delivery - this look like it will be 6 - 10 working days, so hopefully it will be here in the next couple of weeks, although I do appreciate your point about xmas!! I have been lucky enough to have been offered some tablets privately from a member, and have recieved them today. I am not due to to start with T3 until Monday, although I think I may start a little sooner... Thanks Leah xx > > Hi Leah, > Delivery from IP is usually a week , but seems to be a bit longer > at the moment as we are nearing xmas . Guest guest
Hi Jane, Thanks for letting me know, I only wish I'd noticed your post before ordering as it cost me $144 from IP for 100! Darnit... Oh well I guess for next time I can use them if I do get on with the Cytomel. Have you started your T3 yet? How is it?? I am a bit nervous (far more so than when I started armour for some unknown reason!!). Guest guest
Good luck Leah, I will probably be joining the 'armour' club soon, the more I think about it the more it makes sense to give it a go, what do I have loose? I may get my head back then! Is the T3 in armour not enough for you, hence you having to add more T3 to it?- >> Hi Leah> Are you taking T4 aswell or will you just be taking T3? Guest guest
Hi , It's not that the T3 is not enough, more that the T4 is too much! I keep swinging between undermedicated and toxic, unable to settle on the right dose, so I guess through a process if elimination, Dr P thinks there's a good chance that my enzyme to convert T4 to T3 is not working properly, causing the T4 to stack. I haven't started it yet, as I am quite nervous because I thought originally T3 was causing my probs not T4, so have a worry at the back of my mind about it, but seeing will be believing!! I am going to start on Monday - I have a cold at the moment, and do not want to stress the adrenals more... I can say that the armour did wonders both for my mood and outlook, and also for my mental functioning, so it may be worth considering. Have you spoken to Dr P about this?? Guest guest
Hi Leah, I hope it's worth $20 as I usually use the $8.50 ( may have gone up slightly recently) which gets to me in just over a week Subject: Re: Quickest route for cytomel??
