Guest guest
... My best guess, since it's a liquid, 30 minutes after drinking the bentonite water you can eat. It takes liquids a shorter amount of time to leave the stomach than solids. Have you tried emailing the folks you ordered the bentonite from? Guest guest
Thanks Lorie actually no I have not emailed as i bought it from Sprouts a local country health food Market I did look at the Great Plains manufacture site and they did not give me any different answers than what was on the Bottle and I have looked on several other sites about the Bentonite and they all say on a empty stomach but no time as to after taking you can eat. although I have to say I didn't think about the Approach that you took to figure it out so I would have to agree that 30 Minutes is Probably long enough. although with it being a clay I wonder if it should be more treated as a semi solid because it is like taking a liquid solid if you have taken Bentonite then you know what I mean. well again thanks for your thoughts on this and if anyone has any thoughts this would be Helpful. > > > > Hello to those that use Bentonite Clay > > > > > > I started taking Great Plains Bentonite 1 tablespoon in the Morning > > and evening on a empty stomach as described > > > > my Question is how long after I take it can I eat I have looked all > > over the net to find this out but nothing tells me. > > > > I am hoping that someone hear can help me or at least send me > > somewhere to find out > > > > thanks in advance > > > > >

Guest guest
I like Pascalite. It works for me, and it's worked for everyone I've given it to ... unless they are allergic to penicillin. That may have been a fluke though (if you are allergic to a lot of stuff, it's hard to know what the problem really was). And the people are nice to deal with. I order online. In one study I read, the " French healing clays " had the best results. So they might be worth checking out. The animal studies though, have been done with rather cheap and nondescript brands, and they have good results. There is a lot we don't know about all this. My guess is, ANY clay is better than none, and some are better than others. And yeah ... there are many people who have studied this more than me! I have what works for me, so I'm on to something else. Guest guest
Just wondering, does applying clay poultices to benign tumors help shrink them? If so, are there any clays that are particularly suited for this? I'm shrinking a uterine fibroid. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. sun--- On Sat, 8/9/08,

Guest guest
I just started adding bentonite to my salt flush. It seems to make it work better. Anybody know any reasons I shouldn't do this? The discussion here was that it does not interfere with I absorption and may help it. Dorothy
Guest guest
In animal studies (and there are lots of them) bentonite does not interfere with absorption. Rather the reverse: when added to cow feed, the cows grow faster. Therefore it is routinely added to animals feed, as a binder and to help shield the animal from mold toxins. In large amounts, or with the wrong form of clay, clay can cause problems, which I think is what started the rumors. This happens when people eat a lot of clay in a condition called " pica " (some people even bake " brownies " out of dirt and eat it). And cats eat kitty litter, which swells in their stomachs and causes blockage. Also clay binds to certain medications. Probably the same ones that say " don't take this with milk " ... calcium and clay both bind to the same sets of chemicals, I think. But with a " healing " clay in small amounts, the chances are your intestines will be in better shape and absorb more food, and the more toxic stuff is what will be eliminated with the clay. Guest guest
Hi Dorothy ~ I found liquid bentonite (Sonne's #7) absolutely essential for my bromide detox. If I don't take my morning dose (which is a hefty pour, maybe 1 to 1-1/2 T?), my face breaks out and my sinuses are overloaded. With the bentonite, my face and sinuses are clear. I take it first thing upon waking to let it fully absorb toxins, a good hour before I take any supplements, meds, or food. A second, bedtime dose was also recommended by my holistic practitioner, but I just can't find time in the day 2 hours after food or 1 hour before food to take that second gulp. FYI: I buy it online (http://search.cartserver.com/search/search.cgi?cartid=a-4038 & category=HBN_D etail & keywords=zwwzz7 & go=GO%21 for $12.10 a bottle. My local healthfood store sells it for $29.90! Yikes! take care, ~ -----Original Message----- I just started adding bentonite to my salt flush. It seems to make it work better.
