, I was diagnosed with RRMS last December and have been taking LDN

ever since. It's definitely improved my bladder " thing " --most of the

time--and my sleep is deeper than ever before, though it has not improved

my ability TO fall asleep. (And my hair grows faster and my ability to

enjoy a glass of wine has returned to some extent--minor things, I know.)

That's really it. It has not made my legs stronger, improved my

mobility, or given me more energy.

I keep taking it, however, because I believe it will prevent me from

getting worse, and at this point, that's more important to me than

getting better. I'm starting to accept that that will probably never

happen.

Thank you, . Thanks for the specifics about your condition and

exeprience. I certainly understand taking LDN in hopes of not getting

better and learning to accept where you are now. That would be my

reason for taking it, also. Thanks for sharing.
