VCL, it's possible that the Ambien is not the problem. Sleep

disturbance is not an uncommon side effect of MS.

When my boyfriend can't sleep, he'll take a third of a 10 mg pill or half

of a 5mg, and then take another " piece " of it if he wakes up in the

middle of the night and can't fall back asleep.
