Guest guest
As an O nonsecretor I eliminated almost all fruit along with the grains and sweets. I haven't yet figured out how much fruit I can eat. Grapefruit doesn't seem to be a problem. I eat a little apple (O avoid, but genotype superfood), pineapple, cherries, but not a lot. ________________________________ From: " mermaideeee@... Or did your fruit cravings go down when you cut out wheat? Stayin' on the diet Hi,? I'm new to this group and have?a question. How do you stay on the diet over Thanksgiving? ? No dressing, no gravy, no mashed potatoes, no fruit salad with coconut and sour cream, and, worst of all, no pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Any and all advice and hints will be greatly appreciated. ? Thanks. Maureen

In my case, I can eat Granny s but not other kinds. My best fruits are ones I grew up with but can not find here. Mango, grenadilla, white peaches, and such. Black grapes work for me, not red or green. ............Irene -- Irene de Villiers, B.Sc AASCA MCSSA D.I.Hom/D.Vet.Hom. P.O. Guest guest
I found and tried passionfruit. It was quite tart. I haven't wanted to try it again. Is that how it is supposed to be? ________________________________ From: Irene de Villiers <furryboots@...> Sent: Monday, November 24, 2008 11:45:56 PM Subject: Re: Fruit All U Want? The big golfball dents are how they look when ripe. The less ripe, the more tart - but that said, it is not a very sugary fruit.
