Guest guest
Hi Mo You can lower estrogen with either Evening Primrose or Starflower oil. Sprinkle Flaxseeds on your food, or with iodine but with Hashis that can be a problem it was for me. Progesterone I don't know, sorry. I am hoping when you get your bloods back you won't need to . lotsa luv Dawnx
Guest guest
Oh yes, that rings a bell from PMS-days. Oh those were the days indeed..... Little did I know that feeling so awful several days a week would eventually extend into feeling so awful for eighteen years. Little Humorous touch from The Universe! Oh well, I tell myself that it is all for a reason, that I have much to learn from the experience of chronic illness and it is true to say that I suppose I have. Mind you I would not mind giving up this intensive learning experience now for a little R & R as they say Yes, hopefully, lowering the oestrogen will prove unnecessary Dawn. It will probably come in low this time as it did when I was tested a couple of years ago. The prog. was high then which remains a mystery. Mind you I was taking h.c then but not melatonin so perhaps that test was unreliable too. Guest guest
Hi Mo, Pls don't overlook the fact that the estrogen & prog may already be perfect as they are & do not need either increasing or decreasing. Val Hi MoYou can lower estrogen with either Evening Primrose or Starflower oil.
Guest guest
They may be perfectly balanced Val. But then the dreaded ratio would need to be known and I would need to be able to rely on the accuracy of the testing. I am interested now to know what avenues are available to me to remedy matters if it turns out that they are not. I see that there are oestrogen-lowering medications but I would not necessarily want to go that route should it prove necessary to bring the levels down. So it is good to now about the Evening Primrose. I am hoping that they are NOT perfect of course because then that would put me back in the running towards getting my health back or at least some energy and brain function would be good. I have nowhere to go with thyroid and adrenals anymore so I am desperate to find a missing piece of the puzzle and my hope is that this might be IT.
