Guest guest
, I don't have MS either. I take the baths for multiple myeloma because I suspect I got this disease from years and years of toxic buildup from metals and pesticides. Each bath should last about 1/2 hour. In that time, all the clay usually breaks down and dissolves. Just to make sure, I insert a rubberized lint catcher in the drain and it catches anything that has not dissolved. The manufacturer claims that using up to two cups/bath will not harm your drain pipes, so I never exceed that. If you check the website I posted, you'll see that these clays are specific for different ailments. Some are aimed at a single toxicity - like aluminum or mercury - while others are more generalized. You pick the clay that is right for your condition. Each box handles from 4-10 baths depending on how much product you use. I get about 8 baths/box of clay. If you cannot get in or out of a tub, rather than do nothing, use it in a foot bath and bathe more frequently. It will still pull toxins from your system. It will just take longer and require more time on your part. But the upside, in my opinion, diminishes the inconvenience. For me, the cost, too. My cancer is measured by the protein levels of my blood. Each month I get bloodwork and they check the IgG, IgM, and IgA protein levels of my blood/marrow. I had been trending upward for about a year before I started my baths. Since then, I have plateaued and started to come down somewhat - about 15% reduction of my paraproteins. I do more in the alternative/natural arena than clay baths, so I can't say with certainty that it is the baths exclusively that are helping. But I can tell you that I do not plan to stop them anytime soon. Even if they are providing a mental lift for me, I will not stop them. Read the testimonials, add in what I've told you, and decide for yourself. I'm not a doctor . . . . just an information-hungry cancer patient with a terminal illness . . . but one who refuses to give in one inch until I rid myself of this condition. And I will! Finally, I had been on a mission from hell to get all my friends and loved ones to begin drinking green tea ever day because I know it to be one of, if not THE best, pure food on earth. It has polyphenols that fight cancer and other diseases, and it is a terrific antioxidant. The downside is that it contains caffeine. Last month, after lots and lots of research, I stumbled across rooibos tea - a red tea grown in Capetown, South Africa. It has no caffeine and has 50 times the antioxidant power of green tea. I love it straight up, and my wife, who has MS, uses the vanilla flavored tea bags. So now, I drink each one daily, or I'm mixing the two teas together and drinking each day. I know that this is helping me immensely. Well, enough of my rambling. I'm going to retire soon and perhaps write a book about all I've learned over the past ten years about natural supplements and healing. When I was diagnosed, my hypothetical chart ended in 1999. Well, here I am!!! -Al -AlThe best method I have found for getting all this junk out of my system is through magnetic detoxification clay baths. Guest guest
Hi, Delores. Go to www.iherb.com. Type rooibos tea in the search engine window. It will take you to an alphabetical listing. Click on the letter R. It will give you a menu. Scroll down and click on Rooibos. You'll have about a dozen things to choose from. Also, you can return to the alphabetical menu and click on the letter N. In the next window click on Now Foods. In the next window click on Teas by Now Foods. Scroll down the left column and left on Rooibos tea. I really like the Now Foods brand. I can drink it with no sugar, milk, or anything. This is how I've been getting my tea. I'm sure if you just Googled the term Rooibos tea bags you'd find other places. I prefer the tea bags rather than dealing with bulk tea. Hope this helps. -AlThe best method I have found for getting all this junk out of my system is through magnetic detoxification clay baths. Guest guest
Hi Al, Thank you for such a detailed response - very helpful! :-) I suspect pesticides played a part in my PLS too. Looks like I'll have to use footbaths - at least that way I won't have to worry about clay getting into our septic tank that way. Part of my procrastination has been because I was hoping some blinding inspiration would hit me about how to get into and out of a normal bath or find somewhere with a special set up to enable disabled people to do so, but looks like that's not going to happen........ :-( Thanks also for the info on the roobois - I have been buying antioxidants etc from iHerb for years, which is where you told someone you get it from, so next order I will get some and try it. Cheers, Allan Eisel wrote: , I don't have MS either. I take the baths for multiple myeloma because I suspect I got this disease from years and years of toxic buildup from metals and pesticides.
