Guest guest
For Mo, and others… From: Thierry hertoghe ******* Sent: 24 November 2008 16:04 'Sheila ' Subject: RE: Melatonin Melatonin lowers cortisol. A low blood pressure patient generally has low cortisol that may further lower with high doses of melatonin. Melatonin taken sublingually (best way) may generally not exceed the 0.1 mg in a low cortisol (but cortisol not supplemented) patient. Orally (not the best way), the dose may not exceed the 0.3 to 0.5 mg per day before bedtime. Thierry Hello Thierry I know that Melatonin helps lower blood pressure, but what would the effect be on somebody who already has low blood pressure please.
