Antibodies doubled on iodoral

I did an iodine loading test and I excreted 60%, so I started on 1

tablet of iodoral daily. I did a blood test about 6 wks after starting

and my antibodies have doubled, now 485!! I am also on 135mg armour

daily, split in 3 doses. Since I have hashimotos, am I supposed to

stop the iodine now??? Or increase it to combat the antibodies??
