If so, is it still as effective? It seems most people on here have been taking it for less than 2 years. I had another friend who found it wasn't as effective and had to stop taking it. Any thoughts??? Kathy " Hi Kathy...I've been on LDN for about 2 1/2 years now and doing quite well. I hardly know that I have MS other then the permanent damage that will no doubt be with me for life or until stem cells are perfected I guess. My permanent damage causes some balance issues and I am no longer able to walk long distances before my legs turn to jello but other then that, my life is pretty normal now. Oh and Marcie, I am not at all surprised that your anethesiologist friend knew about Naltrexone. I mentioned that I was taking it to a medical person in a restaurant recently and she said " oh yea...we use that on people that don't wake up from surgery " . I assumed that she meant that they use it in the operating room to get people to wake up from a surgery where there seems to be a problem. It was the first time I had heard such a thing but it must be a common thing. JoyceF _________________________________________________________________ On the road to retirement?
