Does she take plenty of vitamin C to help ward off the bug of the day? And do you? Better overall health will help you avoid whatever illness is making the rounds. Plenty of anti oxidents, good food.

Perhaps someone else will have better advice. I don't know about echinacea, I've never used it myself, but I'm sure someone here will have information about it.

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] LDN and colds and flu

We have a problem and would value any suggestions. My wife has been on LDN for about six months with great results. Her MS was progressing fast and once she started on LDN it stopped dead in 4days. She has a crumblingspine and MS spasms were giving her absolute excrusiating pain. That problemalso decreased dramatically after 4 days. The problem is, if she gets a bug or the like, then the spams reductiondecreases and the back pain increases. She does seem to be less effectedthan in the pre LDN days but it is a problem.I may be making things worse in that I was so shocked when LDN worked soeffectivly I went down with the worsed bout of flu I have had for years, andalthough I dont really have a problem now I am probably the one who shegets the infections from.ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hi,

One thing for sure you should ALWAYS wash your hans before touching

her or anything you give her. They say that these bugs travel by the

hands not the sneezes,etc
