Guest guest
Does she take plenty of vitamin C to help ward off the bug of the day? And do you? Better overall health will help you avoid whatever illness is making the rounds. Plenty of anti oxidents, good food. Perhaps someone else will have better advice. I don't know about echinacea, I've never used it myself, but I'm sure someone here will have information about it. She has a crumblingspine and MS spasms were giving her absolute excrusiating pain. That problemalso decreased dramatically after 4 days. The problem is, if she gets a bug or the like, then the spams reductiondecreases and the back pain increases. She does seem to be less effectedthan in the pre LDN days but it is a problem.I may be making things worse in that I was so shocked when LDN worked soeffectivly I went down with the worsed bout of flu I have had for years, andalthough I dont really have a problem now I am probably the one who shegets the infections from.ANY SUGGESTIONS?
