I know what you mean! Mercury amalgam removal ain't cheap!! Raw fruits and veggies are natural chelators. Of course, organic would be best. Cilantro is supposed to be especially good. Add it to salads, it's great. It's not a quick means, but it would be a start.

Do a google search on Modified Citrus Pectin. It takes heavy metals out of the bloodstream. Regular pectin will not. Supposedly when it is chelated out of the blood stream, the cells release some untill there is a balance.

Isn't this cooler Tx. weather great! I'm grabbing lots of vitamin D outside without the heat problems.

The raw fruits & veggies sound good, but cilantro is too spicy for me. I'm transplanted in Tx., altho I've been here 25 years, all the spicy stuff is too much for this yankee.
