The best method I have found for getting all this junk out of my system is through magnetic detoxification clay baths. I have been doing this for about a year now and my lab work is slowly but surely improving. If you're interested, you can read about the products I use at the following web address:http://store./magneticclaybaths/ -AlFrom: [mailto: arlizotte@...]low dose naltrexone Date: Sun, 7 Nov 2004 03:21:10 ESTSubject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] chelation- et alIn a message dated 11/6/2004 10:07:35 PM Eastern Standard Time, cindyyoung@... writes:Chorella was recommended to me also.I think it probably does help. If you get high quality chlorella, it's pretty expensive.I guess there is no cheap way to wellness. Hi allOn the MS-DIET BBD board there is a lot of talk going on about merc chelation. According to one of the members who is reading a book by a specialist in chelation, cilantro and chlorella are NOT good chelators. Supposedly they move merc around in the body but don't remove it and it just makes matters worse. My doctor recommended chlorella also, but after reading these posts against it, I stopped taking it. I don't know, but I'm totally confused. I certianly don't want to get worse., what do you know about chelation?Arlene

Hi Al,

Would you mind telling us a bit more please? I had some magnetic clay

sent over from the States a month or two ago because it sounded so good

but have been procrastinating about actually using it so far because it

is years since I have been able to get into or out of a bath (by

myself). What do you do to prevent the clay from getting into your

waste system and clogging everything up?

How much has it helped your symptoms? (I don't have MS but have PLS

which exhibits some of the same symptoms.)
