I have information about this on my website. All I had to do was lay on the floor. It was such a wonderful feeling to feel the blood pumping through my body, as if I were exercising. It isn't a cure-but it definitely helped me move forward. Now I am 'running' 1/4 mile a day on my orbitrek...doing 50 crunches on my ablounger.
