I have had a few amalgam (hope that is spelled right) fillings removed

in the past but now I am taking Iodine supplements. I am under the

impression that maybe I should quit taking the iodine or take some

other supplements when I have this done ? Just need some advice. I had

all the fillings removed on the upper left side of my mouth and next

will go for the upper right. It is very expensive and can only do some

at a time. I really want to get these out of my mouth as soon as

possible so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. ph

Do not stop the iodine. It is fine. You need the iodine to keep control of

the bad things that mercury does. Take some MSM, Selenium and Vit C to

protect your self at the bare minimum. Dr. Brownstein just wrote a blog

about mercury being released from fillings. Go to www.drbrownstein.com for

his recommendations on supplements and dosing.
