Guest guest
IAN TENNANT WROTE: Message: 16 Date: Wed, 27 Oct 2004 16:12:16 +0100 (BST)From: IAN TENNANT <ian.tennant3@...>Subject: Fwd: Delete my name from your circulation list Please respond to my note of the 25/10 as the number of e-mails I am receiving on this subject is unacceptable. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------You cannot be deleted from the LDN list by simply sending an email to the group. I think this is the 4th or 5th person this week to try this method. So here, again, is my new e-brochure entitled "How to get off the LDN Group- 101" Several others have posted similar instructions and everyone can feel free to keep a copy of this in their private LDN folder for future use... Here is what YOU have to do (no one can do this for you): To unsubscribe from the LDN group you need to send an email to: low dose naltrexone-unsubscribe from the email address that you are receiving messages to. Or you need to go to the group site and log on to the forum with your user name and password and opt out of the group. Use this link: low dose naltrexone/ Click on the tab on the upper right hand side to "Edit your Membership" (choose to receive no emails and you will still be a member with access to the posted messages but will no longer get any mail or digests OR simply click the link just below it marked "to leave the group" and you will be deleted from the mailing list. It usually takes 24-48 hrs for the request to go through. In the future please, please, please remember that sending a message with "unsubscribe" in the subject line will not unsubscribe you from this forum and just generates a message that is then sent to the entire membership! It does not unsubscribe you and adds to the length of the digests that the rest of us receive. I hope this helps you to acheive your goal.
