Guest guest Posted May 25, 2011 Report Share Posted May 25, 2011 I would suggest the ER4YT cookbook. And don't try to change too fast, it can be very discouraging. Reduce/eliminate the dairy, wheat and meats not on the O list first. As you move forward you can add new things to eliminate. I love sweet potatoes and beef/turkey as well as most of the veggies on our O list, so I'm pretty well off. One of the things we have learned on this list is not to make breakfast a meal where you have to eat breakfast foods all the time. It is ok to have dinner for breakfast. I use breakfast for leftovers a lot. Hope this helps.
