Hi Daphne,

In answer to your post, I'm not sure where the others have gone, nor do I know how long this group has been here, But, it's been around as long as I've been on LDN which is just over 2 yrs. now and still doing extremely well. I'm sure others, like myself, have gotten somewhat busier in their daily lives than able to before. I've been able to go back to working, and am in the process of opening my own business. next month. Not anything I was able to even consider doing for the past 5 yrs. I won't say I don't have my days, I do, but they are so far and few in between. I've learned to pace myself better, but it's no longer a huge issue, as I am working 9 hour days, but only 3 days a week. . . . so not to "over do". I am enjoying my quality of life for the past 2 yrs, and wish the same for all others on LDN.

How long have you been on LDN? I do hope it is working for you.

Have a Suny Day

Carol

To find out how old the group is look in the blue area at the top or bottom of

te forum where it says..... Previous | Next [ First | Last ] and click on

First. This will take you back to the very first posts ever made here and it

gives the date.

Many have left because LDN has allowed them to return to work. Others have left

because of too many off topic posts. Some have left due to their improved life

and they venture away from the internet to do activities outside the home.

That original question was from me and I'm still wondering??? Where

are the people who have been on LDN more than two years and why aren't

they here at least occasionally. Is it not as successful after 2

years? The friend who originally got me on to LDN has stopped

completely (as far as I know) cause it was no longer working for her.

She has stopped emailing me and we've lost contact so would really like

to hear some personal testimonies beyond 2 years. Hopefully its not

the soap opera stuff cause that would be a real shame ;(.

GoodShape's Histamine and Alternatives forum had LDN users 4 to 5 years ago. I

read about LDN there 4 years ago. I could beat myself up for not trying LDN

then. Jeanie Zies was taking LDN 4 to 5 years ago and it was her posts where I

read about LDN the first time.

Is Jeanie Zies still taking LDN? If so, how is she doing on it?

Thanks,

Kathy
