time zone change

Saranya,

I'd agree, skip the first day (which some say is good to do once in a while for LDNers) and then get on schedule with the zone you are in. Then do it in reverse when coming back to the states.

I have the same problem whenever I go back to Guam, but with my thyroid hormones.

Its more difficult because I can't skip that without feeling pretty cruddy- so I usually half my dose and take half at the normal time, the other half while on the plane or when I get to the new time zone, and then the first full day on Guam I go back to my normal dosing schedule.

Do it in exact reverse coming back- and since I gain a full day coming back to the mainland it makes it a bit easier to figure it out on the return flight.

Hope that helps.

Have a great trip!

Lara
